Trip.com. Accommodation links on our where to stay page go to Trip.com. Where an affiliate relationship is in place, we may earn a commission on completed stays, again at no additional cost to you.
What this does and does not change
- It does not change your price. Affiliate commission comes out of the platform’s margin, not your booking.
- It does not buy a ranking. No operator or hotel can pay to appear here or to move up a list.
- It does limit what we list. We only feature tours bookable through GetYourGuide and hotels on Trip.com. Where their coverage is thin — the Mergui Archipelago and India’s Andaman Islands, for example — we say so.
